Wendy, K-pop soloist and member of Red Velvet, will be performing her first solo tour in the States starting in October. She will be traveling to seven cities, beginning in San Francisco, followed by Pasadena, Sugar Land, Chicago, and Brooklyn, and ending in Atlanta.
Wendy debuted in 2014 under SM Entertainment with the group Red Velvet. Since then, the group achieved multiple accolades for their music, with chart-topping releases in both Korea and the U.S. like Rookie and The Red Summer. She became the first member to make her solo debut on April 5, 2021, with the EP Like Water. In March 2024, she released her second EP, Wish You Hell, which peaked at #2 on the Circle Album Chart in Korea. After over a decade at SM Entertainment, she signed a new contract with ASND Entertainment on April 25, 2025, for all her solo activities.
Recently, Wendy released her third EP called Cerulean Verge. The six-track mini album is about finding her own path, a sense of courage, and freedom. The title track, “Sunkiss,” is about hope and embracing love.
