Chinese rapper SKAI ISYOURGOD (揽佬SKAI ISYOURGOD), will embark on his first stateside tour next month. After reaching viral fame via TikTok earlier this year, the Guangdong native will visit 11 cities across the U.S. and three cities in Canada on this tour.
SKAI first began releasing music in December 2020, with his first single “KNOW that.” Following his debut, he continued to release various genres of music, including hip hop and R&B. SKAI became known for his unique blend of Memphis inspired flow, traditional Cantonese musical elements, and lyrics featuring social commentary such as criticism of modern society and workplace environments.
In summer 2025, SKAI released his first EP, Stack from All Sides: Fresh Off the Boat (八方来财之江船入海). From the album, three songs went viral: “Stack from All Sides” (八方来财), which conveys the message that wealth is rewarded to the diligent, “Karma Code” (因果), which discusses the lack of ethics of those who try to seek money, riches, and fame, and “Blueprint Supreme” (大展鸿图), again mocking the lavish lifestyle of the entitled young, rich, and famous.
