Singer-songwriter Mad Tsai has announced his first headlining tour in the U.S., The BITE BACK Tour. Shows will begin stateside on November 3 in Cambridge, MA and wrap up in Los Angeles, CA on November 15.
Tsai has always been interested in music, beginning to write music when he was 13 and participating in choir and the marching band in school. He first began to gain attention on TikTok in 2020 for not only his music, but also his videos for the queer community, AAPI community, and his teenage and young adult experience amid the COVID-19 outbreak. Towards the end of that same year, he released his single “Boy Bi,” which discussed his experience of coming out as bisexual and went viral on TikTok.
In 2022, Tsai released “stacy’s brother,” which was a queer reinterpretation of the song “Stacy’s Mom” by Fountains of Wayne. Again, the song saw viral fame on TikTok, with many young listeners finding the bold lyrics relatable. Since then, Tsai has continued on to release several more singles, such as “killer queen” in 2023 and “all-american bitch!” in 2024. In 2025, he released the track “BITE,” which, once again went viral on social media, being used in video edits worldwide. Most recently, Mad Tsai released his single “DIET” in May 2026.
