Chinese Icelandic jazz singer, Laufey, makes her LA comeback on August 7 but at an even bigger venue: the Hollywood Bowl. Last year, she performed to a sold-out crowd with the LA Phil at The Ford. The award-winning musician has a busy year ahead, as she travels throughout the U.S. before embarking on the Asia leg of her tour. However, like most of the stops on her Bewitched: The Goddess Tour, the Bowl show is sold out.
Garnering over several billion worldwide streams, Laufey changed the way this generation engages with jazz music, combining contemporary melodies with the nostalgic romantic lyrics.
