Returning once more, Goldenvoice and 88rising’s Head in the Clouds music festival will be taking place at Brookside At The Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA on August 8. The event will be headlined by HYBE x Geffen Records girl group KATSEYE.
The popular music festival spotlights 88rising artists and other performers across the Asian diaspora, making it an event focused on showcasing Asian talent in the West. This year’s lineup features artists from all over the world, including the U.S., Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, China, and more.
Dabin.kr, known previously as DPR Live, is a South Korean singer and rapper. In 2024, he released his first EP, “Giggles,” under his own name.
Gia Fu is a China-born, UK-based DJ and producer. She debuted in the early 2020s, gaining recognition through YouTube DJ sets rather than album releases.
KATSEYE is a global girl group formed through a collaboration between HYBE and Geffen Records. They debuted in 2024 following their competition show, Dream Academy. This year, they were nominated for a GRAMMY Award for their song “Gabriela.”
KiiiKiii is a girl group from South Korea, well known for their experimental pop and internet-influenced music aesthetics. The group has five members – Leesol, Sui, Jiyu, Haum, and Kya – and is under Starship Entertainment.
LNGSHOT is a boy band from South Korea consisting of four members: Ohyul, Ryul, Woojin, and Louis. They are the first group to debut under More Vision, Jay Park’s newest record label, and they debuted in January of this year with their song “Moonwalkin’.”
no na is an up-and-coming girl group from Indonesia. The group has four members – Christy Gardena, Esther Geraldine, Baila Fauri, and Shazfa Adesya – and made their debut just last year under the 88rising label. Their most recent track “Work” is from their first EP, Orchids (Lullabies).
Rich Brian began releasing music in 2016 and dropped his first full-length album, Amen, in 2018. The 14-track album expresses his journey from growing up in Jakarta to going viral overseas. Over the course of his career, he’s released three studio albums, and two EPs. He just completed his WHERE IS MY HEAD? U.S. tour in March 2026.
Having always harbored a passion for music, it wasn’t until March 2017 that Tiffany Day decided to actually pursue it as a career, when a video of her singing into a well in Italy went viral online. After that, the then-teenager made a deal with her parents to enroll in university in LA in order to move away from Wichita, Kansas to fully chase her dreams of becoming a singer.
UMI is a Japanese-American singer-songwriter whose music blends R&B, soul, and spiritual themes. They debuted with independently released projects that highlighted their soothing vocal style, and has since then risen to global success. They’ve collaborated with artists worldwide such as Joyce Wrice and BAEKHYUN, and most recently released their second album, People Stories, in August 2025.
Warren Hue is a rapper from Indonesia who first began making music at the age of 16 and released his first album, Alien, in 2018. In 2020, he signed with 88rising and released his first song with the company, “omomo punk,” that same year, which earned him the “Best Song By An Asian Artist” and “Best New Act From Asia” awards at BandLab’s 2022 NME Awards. He recently appeared as a surprise special guest at Rich Brian’s concert in LA, and he released his new song “I LOVE RAP” in March 2026.
Though the members hail from Japan, XG is a global group known for their unique X-Pop genre music. The group has seven members – Chisa, Cocona (he/him/they/them), Harvey, Hinata, Juria, Jurin, and Maya – and they debuted in 2022 with the single “Tippy Toes.” Most recently, the group released their first full-length album, The Core – 核, in January 2026.
