Veteran K-pop girl group, i-dle, will tour North America this summer as part of their 2026 i-dle World Tour (Syncopation). This marks i-dle’s fourth world tour and their first since their contract renewal in 2025 with Cube Entertainment. The tour will span 10 cities across North America, beginning in Hamilton, Ontario on August 2 and concluding in Seattle, Washington on August 23, with the quintet also slated to perform on the main stage at Lollapalooza in Chicago on July 31.
This tour will also support and promote their latest releases, 2025’s ‘We Are‘ EP album and the 2026 single, “Mono.” If the setlist from the Asian leg of this tour is any indication, North American fans can expect a comprehensive anthology of i-dle, including unreleased b-sides, side-project singles, OSTs as well as songs from their solo activities.
I-dle initially debuted as (G)-idle in 2018 under Cube Entertainment. Unable to secure a title track, leader and main rapper, Soyeon, composed “Latata” which garnered the group their first music show win just 20 days after their debut. Since then, Soyeon has continued to write all of i-dle’s title tracks with members Miyeon, Minnie, Yuqi and Shuhua all taking part in writing and production in one form or another.
Since winning multiple Rookie of the Year awards in 2018, i-dle has accumulated 69 awards, including the Grand Prize (Daesang) at the Seoul Music Awards in 2025. In that same year, they officially changed their group name, dropping the (G) and posting a video on social media in which they held a funeral for their past name and were symbolically reborn as i-dle.
