For the first time since his debut, Baekhyun will be touring solo in the U.S. this summer. The Reverie world tour will kick off in June in Seoul, before moving to South America and heading north through Mexico and the States. Following the North American dates, the tour will continue on to Europe, Australia, and back to Asia.
Baekhyun first debuted in 2012 as one of the main vocalists of EXO and sub-group EXO-K. Since then, he’s continued to promote with the group, as well as part of sub-unit EXO-CBX, and SM Entertainment “supergroup,” SuperM. He made his solo debut in 2019, releasing his EP City Lights, which became the best-selling album by a solo artist in the 2010s in South Korea. Following the success of City Lights and title track “UN Village,” the singer released his next two solo albums, Delight, and Bambi, both of which were record-breaking sellers as well.
In 2023, Baekhyun debuted once again, as Ezreal in the virtual boy band Heartsteel created to promote the game, League of Legends. In early 2024, he, alongside fellow EXO-CBX members Xiumin and Chen, began solo activities under their newly established company, INB100, and set off on his first solo Asia tour, Lonsdaleite.
The Reverie world tour will support Baekyhyun’s upcoming mini album, Essence of Reverie, scheduled to release on May 19. Ticket information can be found here.
